Spray cleaning bar for New Jersey and road barriers

BLNY is a lateral/side cleaning bar designed and built as a spray bar for the New Jersey cleaning, road barriers and retroreflectors. The tunnel washer bar is equipped with a Din 76060 A/B coupling plate, and its functions are completely hydraulically driven. Thanks to a side translation and a central mechanical system the tunnel washer arm can be used both on the left- and right-hand side, being possible to calibrate the working height of the arm by means of a double effect cylinder. The device is equipped with special rotary high pressure jets that ensure efficient cleaning characteristics under any circumstances.

Hydraulic System

• N°1 double effect distributor for brush rotation (flow rate 40 liters/min- pressure 90 bar);
• n. 1 double effect distributor per lifting cylinder (flow rate 20 liters/min- pressure 90 bar);
• n. 1 double effect distributor per hydraulic engine arm translation ((flow rate 20 liters/min- pressure 90 bar).
