BLG cleaning retroreflectors arm

The BLG is a side-arm designed and built to clean and wash the retroreflectors and the cat’s eyes road signs. The device is equipped with a DIN 76060 A/B coupling plate and is completely hydraulically driven. Thanks to a hydraulic central junction the arm can work both on the left and on the right side, while a double-effect hydraulic cylinder controls the working height. The cleaning arm is provided with a brush with nylon bristles and jets to humidify the areas to be cleaned allowing an efficient cleaning performance under any circumstances.

N°1 double effect distributor for brush rotation (flow rate 40 liters/min- pressure 90 bar), n. 1 double effect distributor per lifting cylinder (flow rate 20 liters/min- pressure 90 bar), n. 1 double effect distributor per hydraulic engine arm translation ((flow rate 30 liters/min- pressure 90 bar).
