Made of a rubber “V” belt and a frame equipped with Teflon rollers and steel stretcher bearings, the compost and wood chips conveyor belt, designed by Municipaltech,  is equipped with a Plexiglas cover- or similar material -, a mechanical adapter – electric engine included- , a steel tube-shaped frame to be hooked to the parking feet/wheels and a stainless steel loading hopper with a capacity of 1.5/2.0 cubic meters.

Main features:

• Conveyor bel completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel
• Rubber “V” belt/ honeycomb stainless steel
• 8 meters long conveyor belt support equipped with Teflon rollers and steel stretcher bearings
• Mechanical adapter equipped with a 220 V electric engine for the hitch of the conveyor belt
• Plexiglas cover – or in similar material.
• Working light with adjustable support installed on the upper part of the conveyor belt to illuminate the hopper
• Flashing light to signal swivel/rotation of the conveyor belt
• Support for the conveyor in tube-shaped steel and equipped with special coupling support for the wheels and parking feet (for the handling with a forklift)
• Loading hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel with a capacity of 1.5/2.0 cubic meters.
• Internal hopper protection thanks to a galvanised steel grid and to a crusher for salt big bags
• On-board control panel with IP 68 protection equipped with:
  • An emergency push-button
  • ON/OFF switch for the conveyor swivel/rotation
  • ON switch to turn on the upper working light
  • N° 4 switches to select the 4 different types of loading speed
  • “F” type plug for the coupling to the electric system

20 meters long cable connection to the electric system.
