BLT 45 road tunnel washer arm

The BLT 45 tunnel washer arm is a hydraulic articulated front arm completely in stainless steel with advanced mechanical features in order to ensure a low weight. It is equipped with a DIN 76060 A/B coupling plate, it is completely articulated in all its movements allowing to work both on the right and on the left side without restrictions. On the end part of the BLT 45 tunnel washer arm is installed a ….that allows to move and control the washing bar in all positions. On the bottom part the arm is equipped with a spray bar for the road cleaning with hydraulic lifting and orienting. A joystick manages and controls the BLT45 front hydraulic arm – it is a multi directional joystick installed in the cabin of the vehicle. The BLT arm is hydraulically driven by means of a electro-hydraulic system equipped with proportional valves in order to maintain and provide an accurate movement of the cylinders.

Uses of the BLT 45 road tunnel washer arm

The BLT 45 tunnel washer arm is mainly designed to clean road signs, but it also be used to clean tunnels, sound absorbing walls, vertical walls and windows.
