Niagara is a water module for high pressure and Canaljet washing with hot and cold water, ideal for cleaning irregular surfaces, removing encrusted dirt even in the most difficult to reach cracks and freeing pipes and drain wells from obstructing elements.

Technical characteristics

This particular water module is characterized by a structure, a box and a tank made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The high pressure and optimal functioning of Niagara is guaranteed by a 4 kW 1-stroke Diesel engine with electric and manual starting , and by a piston pump.

The pump has a flow rate of 8 liters per minute, with a pressure of 160 bar which can be calibrated using a specific pressure regulator. The diesel tank, valid both for the engine and for the water heating system to be activated when using the Niagara with hot water, has a capacity of 15 litres, with the possibility of adding a 5 liter additive tank.

As regards the water tank, the Niagara is available in two versions: one with a capacity of up to 500 litres, the other with a capacity of up to 800 litres.

How it works

This water module for high pressure and Canaljet washing is ideal for ordinary and extraordinary cleaning activities, for working on large surfaces or very dirty surfaces. Thanks to its basic equipment, it is ideal for cleaning drains and pipes.

Hot or cold water for maximum cleanliness

To remove a type of superficial dirt, you can choose to use Niagara with cold water, while for stubborn dirt it is preferable to choose hot water. The ideal is to have the possibility of covering a wide range of critical situations with a single water module.

Thanks to the water heating system, made of stainless steel, it is possible to bring the temperature of the water contained in the module up to 130°C. In this way it is possible to dissolve encrustations and grease or oil stains more easily. Without forgetting the fact that this water module is designed to guarantee the best final result mixing of the water with additives, sanitizing substances or detergents, at the discretion of the operator.

Wide-ranging cleaning

Niagara is ideal for covering long distances. The module includes, in fact, two automatic hose reels, each complete with 20 meters of hose.

The first automatic hose reel has a high pressure lance to proceed with manual washing. The second, however, with a high pressure lance for Canaljet, specifically designed, therefore, for cleaning any flexible pipe.

Plus, total safety is guaranteed by the slide and hooks available for fixing the equipment on the available platform.
